Automatic Canister Recognition System (ACRS)
Each canister utilizes RFID or chip technology to support self-recognition of its location. This enables the system to track tablets automatically, prioritize those nearing their expiry date, and maintain precise, automated inventory control.
Networking with OCS
The system integrates directly with your facility’s Hospital Information System (HIS) or OCS to share prescription details in real-time, ensuring the unit is always ready for high-speed dispensing and packaging.
Auto & Manual Filling Versatility
Features an Auto Canister for the automated dispensing of halved or special-shaped tablets, as well as a Special Tablet System (STS) tray for the manual packaging of less frequent medications.
High-Speed Productivity
Capable of unit-dose packaging at a maximum rate of 60 packs per minute, significantly optimizing preparation workflows for long-term patient needs.
Integrated Storage Drawers
Includes built-in storage drawers to keep frequently used items and essential supplies organized and readily accessible to staff.
Customized Pouch Printing
Equipped with a thermal transfer printing system that supports graphic layouts, including all characters and barcodes, to ensure clear identification on every pouch.
