A "paradigm shift" in unit-dose preparation with instant automated sealing and high-speed delivery.

The Opus Nina

For pharmacies requiring rapid turnaround and high accuracy, traditional unit-dose workflows often create operational bottlenecks due to complex machine setups and slow packaging cycles. The Opus Nina introduces a revolutionary concept in medication unitarization: the pre-printed bag waits for the medicine. This “instant unit-dose” workflow allows staff to simply place an item into the open pouch, triggering an automatic seal the moment their hand is removed. The result is a safe, accurate, and incredibly fast preparation process that fits seamlessly into high-pressure clinical environments.

Opus Nina

Experience the Efficiency of "Instant" Unitarization

Optimize your workflow and eliminate waste with a system designed for speed, accuracy, and total traceability.

Features a unique “printed bag waiting” system. Once the operator inserts the medication and clears the light barrier, the system automatically triggers the sealing and delivery of the finished dose in seconds.

Capable of unitarizing up to 1,100 doses per hour, significantly increasing throughput for busy hospital pharmacies managing high patient volumes.

Designed for immediate readiness with a setup time of less than 60 seconds, allowing staff to switch between medication batches almost instantly without specialized technical training.

Beyond standard tablets, the Nina expertly handles blistered medications, ampoules, small vials, and medical supply kits (such as lancets, scalpels, and catheters), enabling unified unit-level billing and full traceability across the facility.

Comes pre-configured with a database of 2,000 medications and integrated safety alerts. The software is designed to proactively reduce the risk of Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) during the packaging stage.

Supports the use of exclusive biodegradable materials that decompose into organic matter in landfills, helping your facility meet its environmental and sustainability goals.

Occupies a minimal footprint (63 × 55 × 64 cm) and utilizes an approved light barrier to ensure operator safety while maintaining high-speed operation.

Can be equipped with a specialized feeder to load and process large quantities of ampoules simultaneously, further automating the fractionation process and reducing manual handling.
