Automating loose tablet dispensing to maximize pharmacy productivity and patient safety.

The Shenzhen RSS Pill Counting and Dispensing Machine

The manual counting of loose tablets and capsules is a resource-intensive process that frequently diverts pharmacy staff away from critical clinical duties. Relying on manual counting methods increases the risk of human error, which can directly compromise patient safety and lead to inventory discrepancies. The Shenzhen RSS Pill Counting and Dispensing Machine addresses these inefficiencies by providing a high-speed, automated solution for the precision counting and dispensing of loose medications. By replacing manual workflows with advanced automation, pharmacies can achieve 100% accuracy, faster turnaround times, and enhanced overall safety.

Intelligent Pill Dispensing Machine

Precision and Speed in Every Dispense

Deliver a smarter medication process with integrated intelligence and real-time clinical verification.

Engineered for maximum throughput, the system is capable of dispensing six types of medications simultaneously. This multi-chute design ensures the rapid preparation of complex prescriptions, even in the most demanding high-volume hospital environments.

Equipped with a “Lighting Reminder” system, the machine utilizes a built-in LED interface to display critical data—such as medication name and quantity—the moment tablets are released from the chute. This visual guidance allows staff to identify, retrieve, and validate doses at a glance.

The system houses 60 intelligent canisters that can be configured for up to 60 individual SKUs. Each canister is precision-calibrated to match the exact dimensions and geometry of the specific tablet it contains, ensuring an exact match and preventing mechanical dispensing errors.

To ensure total data integrity, the machine receives prescription information in real-time directly from the Hospital Information System (HIS). It then prints the verified medical order details directly onto the packaging, providing complete traceability from the pharmacy to the bedside.

By automating the counting of thousands of individual units, the machine reclaims significant time for pharmacists. This shift in productivity allows clinical staff to focus on high-value patient care initiatives rather than repetitive manual inventory tasks.
