Customizable Door Swing
To maximize space efficiency in tight clinical environments, this model allows you to choose whether the door swings left or right during installation.
Networking with OCS
The system integrates directly with your hospital’s OCS or computer system to share prescription details in real-time, ensuring immediate readiness for dispensing and packaging.
Automatic Canister Recognition System (ACRS)
Features an ACRS Chip or RFID tag on every canister for self-recognition of its location. This allows for automated inventory control and ensures tablets nearing their expiry date are used first.
Auto & Manual Filling Versatility
Includes an Auto Canister for the automated dispensing of halved or special-shaped tablets and a Special Tablet System (STS) tray for manual packaging of less frequent medications.
Error Segregation Mechanism
If faulty or mistakenly supplied tablets are detected after refilling, the system displays an alert and packages those specific tablets into separate error pouches to prevent them from reaching the patient.
Convenient Consumables Replacement
The ribbon roll for pouch printing is provided in a detachable cartridge format, allowing staff to replace it effortlessly and maintain high productivity.
High-Speed Productivity
Capable of unit-dose packaging at a maximum rate of 60 packs per minute, ensuring rapid turnaround for even the busiest wards.
