The WIZER DE (JV-WD-10) is a compact, desk-type semi-automatic packet winder engineered to simplify post-dispensing pouch management. Designed to sit comfortably on any outpatient pharmacy workstation, the system performs an intelligent separation of continuous pouch rolls into organized sections and automatically winds them into tidy, secure rolls per patient. By replacing manual hand-rolling with high-speed, tension-controlled automation, the WIZER DE dramatically reduces staff prep times and optimizes workspace efficiency.

Specially engineered with an ultra-compact chassis and weighing only 6.5 kg, the WIZER DE fits seamlessly into small-sized pharmacies and high-density workstations where space is at a premium.
User-Friendly Bi-directional Winding
Supports both clockwise and counter-clockwise winding orientations. This allows pharmacy staff to place the unit wherever it fits best on their workbench—on the left or right of their primary workspace—to maximize layout efficiency.
Auto Slip Tension Control
Built with an intelligent tension-sensing bobbin shaft. If the paper strip becomes too tight during operation, the shaft temporarily halts rotation to adjust tension, completely preventing the pouches from cutting, snapping, or tearing.
Ergonomic Foot Switch Operation
Includes a convenient manual foot pedal that lets operators easily control and run the system at their preferred pace, keeping both hands completely free to guide and secure the pouches.
Outstanding Winding Velocity
Capable of winding patient pouch rolls at an impressive speed of up to 300 packs per minute, keeping pace with the highest-throughput ATDPS environments.
