The WIZER

The WIZER (JV-WZ20) is a state-of-the-art automated packaging winding and cutting system designed to intelligently organize finished prescription pouch strips. Working in perfect synchronization with your ATDPS dispensing systems and VIZEN vision inspection units, it automatically cuts, winds, and packages continuous pouch strips into specified, sealed rolls per patient. By automating these repetitive, manual post-production steps and integrating smart sorting workflows, the WIZER streamlines outpatient pharmacy logistics, eliminates shipping preparation bottlenecks, and maximizes workspace efficiency.

Automatic Winding and Cutting

Guided by digital prescription data from your ATDPS or VIZEN units, the system automatically winds the packet strip after dispensing and inspection, cutting it cleanly into designated patient rolls and logging all fulfillment results.

Convenient Tilting Touchscreen

Features a 10.4” front-facing touchscreen that allows seamless system operation without needing a separate keyboard or mouse. Operators can easily tilt the screen to adjust to their individual height and posture, ensuring ergonomic comfort.

Smart Sorting Integration with VIZEN

When connected directly to a VIZEN inspection device, the system automatically isolates any erroneous pouches from normal, verified prescriptions:

1. Faulty Pouches: Automatically sorted and collected into individual re-inspection baskets located at the bottom of the system.
2. Normal Pouches: Automatically transferred via a dedicated separate conveyor straight to the Workbench for immediate patient delivery.

High-Velocity Performance

Capable of winding and cutting patient pouch strips at a rapid processing speed of up to 135 packs per minute.

Robust Material Accommodations

Standard configurations handle bulk pouch rolls with a maximum allowed packaging thickness or height of up to 200 mm.
