The VIZEN EX (JV-VE10) is an ultra-high-speed, automated medication inspection system designed to provide flawless quality control for high-volume prescription packaging. It automatically inspects medicine-filled pouches produced by ATDPS, checking tablet quantity, size, and shape against prescription details. Utilizing a cutting-edge built-in VISION camera, the system captures high-quality images of processed pouches and analyzes tablet amount, shape, and color against prescription details at up to 320 pouches per minute.
Minimized Installation Footprint
Engineered to optimize valuable pharmacy workspace, the VIZEN EX features a significantly reduced overall physical size and relocates both feeding and releasing slots directly to the front.
Automated Pouch Winding & Cutting (Optional)
Automatically winds, cuts, and labels inspected pouch strips to package them into neat rolls per order, streamlining delivery preparation (requires winding module).
Intuitive Touchscreen Interface
Features an easy-to-use 30.7 cm (12.1″) touchscreen display . The software provides real-time visual progress, while integrated sound and pop-up notifications instantly alert staff if an error is detected.
Dynamic Pouch Size Support
The system automatically recognizes changes in pouch sizes, allowing continuous, uninterrupted inspection even when multiple sizes (up to 95 mm) are mixed in the same bobbin.
Automatic RFID Pouch Box Recognition
When an inspected pouch box is placed on the RFID stand, the system automatically pulls up the pouch details in VIZENCHECK, delivering highly convenient and error-free auditing.
Advanced History and Analytics Management
All inspection results are stored in both high-resolution image and data formats. This database allows pharmacies to track medicines, search dispensing history, run statistical analyses, and generate comprehensive reports via VIZENCHECK.
