  *Compensation package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and effectively troubleshoot customers’ issues, provide clear and concise instructions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction surveys and working with the Engineering Team to improve product quality.
  • Stay up to date on new products and features, as well as industry trends.
  • Train customers on new features and functionality as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted Advisor.
  • Actively fulfil any other duties to support the team.
 

Requirements:

  • MUST BE BASED IN TAMIL NADU.
  • Willing to travel to neighboring states whenever required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support with Engineering background.
  • Possess good command of English and capable of documenting all interactions in the CRM.
Good team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, results-driven and customer oriented.
