Responsibilities:
- Quickly and effectively troubleshoot customers’ issues, provide clear and concise instructions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction surveys and working with the Engineering Team to improve product quality.
- Stay up to date on new products and features, as well as industry trends.
- Train customers on new features and functionality as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted Advisor.
- Actively fulfil any other duties to support the team.
Requirements:
- MUST BE BASED IN TAMIL NADU.
- Willing to travel to neighboring states whenever required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support with Engineering background.
- Possess good command of English and capable of documenting all interactions in the CRM.
