Responsibilities:

  • Be primarily engaged in field activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular visits and presentations.
  • Responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to clients.
  • Focus on selling hospital furniture, specifically carts and beds, ensuring that our products meet the needs of healthcare facilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Responsible for contract negotiations, closing of deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings, handle and address any inquiries or issues and provide after-sales support.
  • Understand customers’ needs and offer solutions that align with customers’ requirements.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
  • Daily monitoring of Philippine tender opportunities to identify potential sales leads and ensure timely submission of bids.
  • Handle the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads, schedule meetings, and close sales.
  • Manage relevant administrative tasks such as preparation of sales reports, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and maintaining of customer databases; coordinate with other departments, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical, IT Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Hospital/ Medical sales is advantageous.
  • Proficiency or familiar in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, results-driven and customer oriented.
  • Must be highly trainable, adaptable, and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
