Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Pharmacy Automation sales in Northern Region (Penang, Kedah/Perlis, Perak).
- To provide and attend to first level technical support to the customers in Northern Region.
- To be the liaison person between customers and the operation team for escalation of technical-related issues.
- Achieve sales in a timely manner to meet company’s annual sales goals for the department.
- Proactively identify new accounts to drive sales process from start to end.
- Develop proposals, quotations and other relevant documents as part of sales cycle.
- Actively participate in tenders to build sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and sales targets in-line with the company’s goals.
- Work with various internal business units to recommend solutions, product enhancements and updates for customers.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients on recommended solutions and products.
- Effectively analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for products as required.
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Penang.
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven work experience in B2B solution sales, selling into Healthcare, SMEs/MNCs and Corporate Domains.
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, IT Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably to have a technical background/ education with the ability to advise customers and resolve any technical related issues faced by customers.
- Has experience in conducting group presentations and showing successful execution of a sales strategy.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good team player, sociable, highly target-driven and customer oriented.
