Responsibilities:
- Fix faulty or defective equipment in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all equipment is running in good order.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance on time as scheduled to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Install and test equipment in-line with project timeline to meet project and company objectives.
- Educate and train customers/ users on proper usage of equipment to minimize errors.
- Submit timely and detailed service reports in line with department SOP to keep management up to date on issues.
- Work with regional teams for projects, installations, trainings, maintenance, or other activities.
- To attend to service calls on these products and resolve customer issues within committed timelines.
- To assist Sales Department on technical matters.
- May be required to travel for work from time-to-time.
- Any other duties to support the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, IT Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service/ Maintenance/ Field/ Site Engineer with proven experience in equipment fault diagnosis, maintenance, installation, and project implementation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Possess strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems including knowledge of health and safety regulations.
